At toot-toot catering we enjoy watching the faces of clients as the dishes we present tends to challenge the many and varied preconceived views on vegetarian food.
For example our Eggplant Parmigiana with artichoke, goat cheese and mushroom sauce has guests drooling as it arrives at the table.
So too our array of mixed canapes which includes 'Stilton Puffs', a fragile and delicious mouth morsel of blue cheese, preserved lemon zest and finely chopped walnut wrapped in soft pastry.
Another popular canape is our 'Tuscany Tittle', -flame-roasted capsicum with pistachio pesto on parmesan short bread.
Let's not mention the jaw-dropping salads that scream fresh and tasty e.g. sweet potato, baby spinach, feta & balsamic lentils, with a light drizzle of pomegranate dressing.
Or our fresh apple, fennel and walnut salad on baby greens with a caper caesar yoghurt dressing.
Oops. mentioned it.
Then of course there are our cakes and desserts but probably not a good idea to get started on those.
Pricing and choice.
Our Main Menu is presented in a way that makes choices and costing much easier when planning your event. The serving number will help with your guest numbers and the choices available should assist you with your budget.
Seasonal and price variations.
Bear in mind that there could well be new dishes available due to season - current/new - availability and pricing could be effected for the same reason or by any one of our local suppliers.
So treat our Menu as a general guide with those caveats in mind.
